The Equipment Client Connection Emulator (ECCE) is a fully functional Equipment Data Acquisition (EDA) client with a very easy to use Graphical User Interface. As an EDA client, ECCE can communicate with web services that comply to the SEMI Interface A (EDA) standards E125, E132 and E134. ECCE also implements the required consumer web service for receiving messages from the Interface A web services. |
